My mentor Liani Chaouli singing.
She is amazing.
Inspires me that a woman can still look and feel juicy even as a grandmother.
Her feminine energy is ageless and she can connect and be any age she chooses.
Experience how she takes you through different emotions with her presence.
Cute playful song.
Crayola
A beautiful moving song.

To wrap up the email with something yummy and juicy.

Breaking through a fear - public speaking
I remember someone telling me fear of death is second to fear of public speaking.
Or a fluffier version is the queasiness of public speaking is similar to falling in love.
Well, I've done a lot of studying and practicing to improve my public speaking and overcome stage fright.
When I was in school, if I had a choice, I'd take the F happily then go up in front of my class to do a presentation.
Let me just say "I've traveled a loooooooooooong way baby."
I was at CEO Space where I met lots of amazing people with brilliant business ideas.
My friend Brian's idea stood out the most for me because while everyone was all about business, making money...his was about having fun and doing open karaoke night.
Let me just say I had a lot of moments contemplating of just walking away from it.
Too busy... have to go to those business thingy's...etc...
I knew what I was doing. Stage fright. Avoiding. the big E. excuses.
What I've learned with fear is it doesn't go away.
To build up the courage some way somehow. To master my fear and JUST DO IT!!!
Tip: when you know you're a bit low on courage, ask for help and support.
that will build up your courage, cheer you on.
The hardest part is always that 1st moment when you do it.
The hardest part is always that 1st moment when you do it.
Afterwards, it feels so awesome because you overcame your worse enemy.
Your own doubts and fears.
So I did it.
No professional training.
Don't sing much.
Just enjoy how it feels.
Asked the people in the room (whom I didn't know) for love and support.
My main intention for doing it was to see if I could do it.
Sort of a dare to myself.
And a video to see how I performed under fear.
I was nervous.
It was short.
Wasn't perfect.
Doesn't matter.
Bottom line is I succeeded and did it.
Woohoo. Celebration.
Here's my video.

I am working on my next song.

How to keep the magical spark in your life shining brightly?
Inspired by my teacher Keith Cunningham and Teri's email.
As long as there's a slight possibility I will awaken or spark their dreams and desires.
Thank you all of you for creating this wonderful safe space where I can continue to grow.

A man walks up to 2 bricklayers.
When he asks the 2 bricklayers what they were doing,
the first bricklayer responded, “I’m laying bricks.”
The second bricklayer responded, “I’m building a great cathedral.”
What do I tell others when I’m asked what I am doing?
I give them the answer "great" (but there's so much more).
I stop myself because I assume they won't understand my enthusiasm of building a great cathedral.
With this example I can explain to others.
More importantly, what do I tell myself?
Every day is exciting because I am laying Brick by Brick
to build myself a beautiful Palace that has gorgeous views of the ocean and the mountains.*
I am creating, reinventing myself on a daily basis.
Like a phoenix. Death and rebirth at least once a day.
It's a challenge. It's thrilling. Sometimes I don't even know where I am.
The fun is figuring out how and using what game or tools to get me back home

(magical wand, ruby red shoes, or bibbity bobbity boo).**
Nothing in life can compare to the journey into my soul and self mastery.

I will delete the story in my head that people don't understand.
I will share with whoever asks and tell them the brick story.

Then I have succeeded.
THIS IS MY LIFE'S PURPOSE.
Thank you all of you for creating this wonderful safe space where I can continue to grow.

*This palace isn't my ultimate creation.
However, it has crossed my path many times and I just realized it is one of my bricks.
As a child I found an animated drawing of something very similar to Mont St. Michel
(which I didn't know was real). To me it looked like a castle floating on clouds.
Yet I drew water at the bottom of the castle because it felt right even though didn't make sense.
I've seen pictures of Mont St Michel a few times and just acknowledged it.
Last week, I watched "Mindwalk" the movie (about Quantum continuity)
where they walked all over this island.
Then it hit me like a lightbulb. This is where I will visit on my next trip to Europe. My main focus.
There is something there for me to explore, to savor, to take in and learn.
**The magical reference is thanks to reading a Disney newsletter right before I read about the bricks building a castle. It's funny how things happen at the right time to create the right spark.

He did not allow fear or environment to affect his dreams. What fascinates me the most is his ability to tell a story in a different way to elicit emotional responses from his audience." He brought magic back to people at a difficult time. He was also teaching us "The Secret" through animated films. This is my way of paying respect to someone I greatly admire.
When you wish upon a star
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you
If your heart is in your dream
No request is too extreme
When you wish upon a star
As dreamers do
Fate is kind
She brings to those who love
The sweet fulfillment of
Their secret longing
Like a bolt out of the blue
Fate steps in and sees you through
When you wish upon a star
Your dreams come true
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you
If your heart is in your dream

From Disney Newsletter:
Insider: How did "Cinderella" influence other Disney animated films?
Dave: If "Cinderella" hadn't been a success, there probably would not have been any other Disney animated features. Walt had just gone through a difficult decade, notable for World War II, and ... the company had had major financial problems. After" Bambi," in 1942, Walt had been unable to get the financing for another full-length animated feature, so he had to be satisfied with package features, like "Melody Time," which combined a number of short cartoons. Finally, by the end of the decade, he had been able to scrape together enough cash to do "Cinderella," and the whole future of Disney animated features rested on its success.
Can you talk a little about what added to the story?
The tale of Cinderella was well-known, so mainly Walt had to find a new way of telling it, and he accomplished that by introducing additional strong characters, such as Gus and Jaq and the other mice, the birds, Bruno the dog, and Lucifer the cat. They helped carry major parts of the story. Walt also added the King and the Grand Duke to the tale. Nothing showed off the abilities of animation over live action more than the exciting transformation of Cinderella and the Pumpkin Coach by the Fairy Godmother.
Why do you think "Cinderella" has resonated so much with audiences?
"Cinderella" tells a timeless tale—the poor, abused, downtrodden little girl who has great hopes and aspirations, and despite those who try to hold her back, is finally able to fulfill those aspirations in an even grander scale that she could have ever hoped. So many people yearn for the same magic that the story has continued to be meaningful to generation after generation.

1 reason why you may dislike the smell of pure essential oils.
Young Living essential oils are either regenerating or detoxifying.
In fact, when a person pulls away from a Young Living Essential Oils - YLEO (their initial reaction), it is not because of YL Oils, it is a conditioned response to fragrances built up over time to artificial chemical enhanced essences.
It takes repeated exposure to break down this initial "pull away" autonomic response (meaning we have no control over initial reactions due to' prior exposure to enhanced, toxic artificial substances.
Suggestion: slow repetitive exposure to the oils and the initial resistance will be changed forever.
It is also important to note here that out of all the essential oils sold in the world to all companies and people,
99% of them are perfume grade, not therapeutic grade like YL Oils.

Most oils end up as fragrance enhancers to commercial products and perfumes and our body reacts as such.

The biggest problem we face today...
Inspiring Advice from D. Gary Young, the founder of Young Living Essential Oils
"I feel very strongly that the biggest problem we face today is a lack of love.
I learned several years ago from patients I saw in my practice that the cause of what we call "dis-ease" is nothing more than a deficiency of self love.
When we have self love, we take care of our body--our temple--because we expect it to serve us. When we have self love, we feed it the way it should be fed.
When we have self love, we nurture and care for our bodies.
We don't damage and destroy them.
When there is no love, that is when war rages--
between countries, between people, and within a person's head.
Of course, her client's blood was very aggregated---it contained a great deal of bacteria from undigested food particles. When people are under stress they don't digest their food very well, so that is a pretty natural thing to see. The woman was clearly upset because her husband had left her, she was in the middle of a divorce, and her home was under foreclosure. It was a traumatic time for her.
We applied some oils on her and she calmed down and stopped crying. After about 20 to 30 minutes, we took another blood specimen. That is when I realized that we were dealing with something that was very, very real. Her tests the second time were very different from the first results, much more normal.
That's one of the many reasons I am so proud of the things we do at Young Living, our products, and the care we take with them. I have heard countless testimonials about the wonderful effects our oils have on people's lives. Real effects, life-changing effects. I have seen miracles, and I have experienced miracles. I know how important these oils are and how much good they do. The oils can make a tremendous difference, but they have to be used.... and shared.
None of us has to settle for second best in this life--unless we choose to settle.
No matter how big obstacles seem, they can be handled or improved.
The oils can help you move beyond the things that are blocking you
--both physically and emotionally.
If you have a battle going on inside you, stop fighting it.
Focus your energy on positives instead of negatives.
Place your trust in a better future and in the ability you have
to change whatever needs to be changed
so you can move into that future.
Use the oils; they will help you.
And share them with others who also need them.
Be a positive force that lifts other up rather than dragging yourself down.
Start loving yourself, and things will get better."

Healthy pretty lipstick
I thought a bit whether to share this on a blog or not.
Then thought if I think it's amazing, perhaps someone out there would enjoy this piece of information.
So this is for you.
I consider myself a well rounded female who enjoys looking good, without having to spend hours shopping or dolling up in front of a mirror. Plus, if it can somehow do many things at once, versatile, efficient, that's my type of beauty product.
I normally don't like lipsticks because they tend to have a funky taste and its normally sucking the moisture out of your skin too. I don't wear any liptstick unless "I HAVE TO."
So I splurged on Kaplan MD's Lip 20 color Ruby Shine $30(The one on the far right).
A little gift to myself that I am wonderful and to research.
It advertises lots of great stuff like complete moisture, conture, plump and protect your lips all in one.
Plus no funky stuff like parabens, castor oil or petroleum jelly. I was a bit skeptical. We'll see.
I have to admit I really like it.
The lipstick is specially designed where there is no cap. (So no worries about accidentally dropping it where you really don't want to go and explore).
It's like a special ritual when you put lipstick on.
It's like a special ritual when you put lipstick on.
The color glides on very naturally and looks great.
My lips feels good and not like it's coated with goo.
I can get used to wearing lipstick that's there and yet I don't feel it there. Love it.
It reminds me a bit of Aveda product with a more fun packaging.
So it's a healthy spa like experience with this lipstick.
I'd like to throw in a masculine word. Gives me leverage with my time and money.
No more fussing over lipstick. Woohoo.
$30 for lipstick may be a bit steep.
However, I think it's worth it because 1 lipstick takes care of everything PLUS fun too.
I found this lipstick at a Korres store.
Korres is another great line which I am experimenting with.
They have great natural scented products.
Will write more when I have my results.
I hope this information has helped you in some way. Have a fabulous day.
Live your life as art.
