If you had a Rich Dad or were Born Rich...

I admit I am hungry for info and just started digging for more about Trump.
Love this dad on kids and kids on dad interview where its fair play.
Many of us may not have been born with a rich dad to correct our weaknesses and polish our strengths, yet...we can always learn from them.
The tools and lessons are out there. Free and easily accessed if you know how.
Thank you Trump and Forbes.

The Trump kids interview Dad
How do you look at so many proposals and have the ability to choose the right one?
1. have a good team that brings you good proposals.
2. Have a big menu of variety and choose 1,2, or 3 you like (like a restaurant).

How do you manage diversity of projects?
1. All in the imagination.
2. Don't be afraid of change.
3. Change with the times. Be flexible. Like a fighter: Go with the punches.
4. Make it terrific, great and work.

What are our greatest strengths and weaknesses?
1. If you did have weaknesses, it will brought to you immediately and strongly.
2. Your one weakness: young and not always focused.  Have to keep focused.
3. When things went wrong, The Trump stayed focused and didn't go bankrupt.

The Donald interviews the Kids
What don't you know that you want The Donald to teach you?
1. You build smart and not waste stupid money.
2. You can see the main issues in 1 minute that no one could perceive in 4 weeks.

What's the best lesson you've learned so far?
1. Going through the construction sites, seeing what you see, and being able to remember that and translating that when we're on the sites without you is invaluable.
2. It's the subtle intricacies of real estate.
The ability to see what others can't
and create what others don't have the ability to ever envision.
3. Your constant thirst for information: question you ask people, the way you choose to ask people, the way you get your arms around situation.  (Most people like to hear themselves speak).  You genuinely want to know what people think and then dissect it yourself.

Something they've learned and inherited from The Donald, gene of Deal Junkies.
There's always something else out there they can do.
